The Specification Is As Follows:

The New ProDesign IM-42 lathe is the affordable alternativeturret type + C axis lathe. The machine is comprised of 4 axis and a total of 16 tools for versatile machining. Its unique gang type tooling system allows fast chip to chip time which generally reduces the cycle time for each workpiece. Also the standard Y-axis allows off centre milling operations to be preformed. With 4 boring and 6 live tools, this lathe will outperformsimilar lathes while minimizing investment.

The machine is equipped with High Precision HIWIN linear guideways. The use of 35mm rails throughout the machine increases stability and accuracy allowing heavier cuts.
